Earn 0.5% cash-back when your customers fund a loan with HFS

  • Customers must use your unique HFS Customer Financing Link.
  • Example $100,000 funded loan = $500 payable to the dealer within three (3) weeks of the loan funding.
  • Note: This is in addition to HFS’s standard rewards program that pays the individual salesperson of the dealer $50 / funded loan. Please ask your HFS representative for more information to ensure your salespeople are properly enrolled.

If you are enrolled with HFS: 

  • Take one (1) of the following steps:
    • Contact your HFS representative and tell them you want to enroll in HFS/Hayward Rewards. Your HFS representative will verify that you are a Hayward dealer, update your contact information, and enroll you in the program.
    • Email contractor@hfsfin.com, state that you are a Hayward dealer and that you want to enroll in HFS/Hayward Rewards. An HFS representative will reach out to verify your information and enroll you in the program.

If you are not enrolled with HFS

  • You must register with HFS using the HFS/Hayward rewards enrollment page.
  • Complete the short form and then setup your account on the HFS portal.
  • Your unique HFS Customer Financing Link will be emailed.  This is the link that your customers must use to complete the loan inquiry.

Important Information

  • Customers must use your unique HFS Customer Financing Link.    
  • Any loan inquiries that do not use the HFS Customer Financing Link will not be eligible for the rewards program as it can only be tracked via that link.  The link is unique to each dealer.  Links cannot be shared.
  • All rewards are paid to the dealer (e.g. the business) by an electronic Visa gift card payable within three (3) weeks of funding.
  • The ‘Company Email’ field in your HFS Contractor Portal is the e-mail address where your rewards will be sent.    Your information must be up to date in our system, or the reward may be voided; this is why you must enroll via one of the methods above.

What is the HFS Customer Financing Link?

This is your company’s unique link to provide your customers if they are interested in inquiring for financing via the HFS Home Improvement Loan Platform.  It was emailed to you when you first enrolled and is accessible within your HFS Contractor Portal.  It is unique to your business, so it is important that you use it.  Best practices are to do one or more of the following: 

  • Text it to your customers 
  • Email it to your customers 
  • Include the link via text, email, or hand them a Cobranded HFS Flyer that has your company info. And a QR code with your unique link embedded within 
  • Host the link on your website 
  • Add it to your email signature line

What is the HFS Contractor portal? 

  • You can go here >>> https://contractor.hfsfinancial.net/login to access your HFS Contractor Portal.   
  • Each team member at your company can have their own login.  It is up to you, the owner or admin of the business, to determine who you want to have accounts for.  Most common practice is to have 1 or more owners, and 1 or more admins have an account and to have all salespersons/designers/those selling into customers to have their own account.   
  • This portal allows each user at your company to have specific roles and permissions.  e.g. salespersons cannot edit or see critical business information but can view the status of customers and their financing.
