Gate alarms let you know when someone opens the gate to your pool. There are even wearable alarms that tell you when a child is submerged in water. There are so many options, that it’s unwise to forego the option. While multiple alarms are a better idea, even one will be better than none at all.
Safety Equipment
Most public pools have safety equipment, such as life savers or a safety hook, that are required in the event of an emergency. The same should be done for your private pool. Have a life saver on hand and ensure that there’s a rope attached to it. Safety hooks are relatively cheap and are easy to obtain, so even this small security assurance will help in the event of a safety issue.
