Larry founded HFS in 2011 following an 18-year career in the mortgage industry. Since then, he has built a robust nationwide network consisting of tens of thousands of home improvement contractors while forging strategic partnerships designed to help contractors grow their businesses and consumers gain access to industry-leading financing options. With a 36-year background in finance, Larry now serves as President of HFS, focusing on expanding partnerships with manufacturers and contractors across the home improvement industry.

Jeff Frasco is the CFO of HFS Financial, bringing over 30 years of executive finance, forecasting, and venture financing experience. He has served as CFO for real estate brokerages, a manufacturing startup, and a major consumer debt firm. Jeff specializes in private placement forecasting, cost reduction strategies, and risk-based modeling. He holds a BA in Economics from Princeton, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Joel joined HFS Financial in 2020 as CFO and now serves as Managing Director of Special Projects. With over 50 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, and fraud investigation, he tackles complex assignments that fall outside the day-to-day scope. Joel has led business valuations, embezzlement investigations, and worked closely with federal and local authorities. He is a CPA, Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
Since joining HFS Financial in 2019, Tavia has implemented impactful process improvements that enhance turnaround times and customer satisfaction. As Director of Processing at HFS Financial, she oversees the loan processing and merchant processing departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both borrowers and contractors. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and lender relations, Tavia plays a key role in optimizing internal systems and workflows.

With experience in processing, sales, and merchant services, she now leads the team responsible for originating, processing, and closing loans.
